Types of our films
Stretch film is the basic form of efficient and safe storage and transport of goods. The goods are secured stably, the stretch protects the goods against soiling and weather conditions. Currently, films are used not only in transport and trade, but also in households and agriculture. The stretch film is resistant to low temperatures, so the goods can be stored in the cold. Our film is characterized by excellent elasticity, strength and stickiness. It is very efficient, which saves every company.
FOLIA STRETCH STANDARD 160 %
The most popular and most frequently used foil designed for typical, simplest wrappers. We produce it in Poland, exclusively from the original granules using the CAST method. The film is characterized by high elasticity, optimal stickiness and a guaranteed stretch of 160%. Due to its high stretch parameters, this film is recommended for wrapping goods resistant to deformation. Its use allows for a significant reduction in packaging costs. Thanks to its strength and stretch, it is the most economical packaging method used in the world.
The product used in industry, suitable only for machine wrappers. The film is wound on sleeves with a cross-section of 76 mm covered with white cardboard. The weight of the sleeve is 1.6 kg.
FOLIA STRETCH POWER 250 %
The film is intended for semi- or fully automatic machines. Most often used for heavy or unstable goods during transport. It is classified as highly stretchable, produced in Poland, exclusively from the original granules. Produced using the CAST method, with a standard stretch of 250%. The film is characterized by high elasticity, optimal stickiness and a guaranteed stretch of 250%. Due to its high stretch parameters, it is recommended for wrapping goods resistant to deformation. Its use allows for a significant reduction in packaging costs. Thanks to its strength and stretch, it is the most economical packaging method used in the world.

SHRINK FILM
HAILAGE FILM
is produced using the casting method from the highest quality components. They are made of polyethylene (LLDPE) by blowing. This film is used for the production and preservation of haylage. It is characterized by high mechanical properties, as well as high resistance to punctures and all kinds of tears. Thanks to the UV stabilizer used and the 5-layer technology, it withstands all weather conditions and we are sure of proper silage. Remains durable for up to 12 months from the moment the bale is wrapped.
PRE STRETCH
is obtained by pre-stretching the stretch film. Pre-stretch is thinner than standard stretch film, but at the same time durable and resistant to tearing. Foil has many advantages. First of all, it enables the reduction of foil consumption when wrapping pallets, thanks to which it reduces the unit costs of packaging. Thanks to the relatively small stretching of the pre-stretch film, we get a high tension of the film, which ensures the stability of the load during transport. It is also important that the foil is much easier to apply, because it does not require the use of force when stretching. In addition, reducing the use of foil during packaging has a positive effect on the protection of our environment by reducing waste.
FOLIA NANO / EKO
is the most technologically and economically advanced product among the available packaging films. Thanks to its multiple layers, the film is very strong and durable (it is difficult to pierce it). The load on pallets is very stable. Suitable for use on machines without pre-stretching. The “memory of the film” is another advantage – the film returns to its original shape after stretching, compressing the pallet and giving it stability. The foil is perfectly transparent and resistant to weather conditions. It is environmentally friendly and the most economical. It reduces the consumption of the foil to approx. 50%, thanks to which the costs of disposal, storage and transport are reduced. The use of NANO stretch film is environmentally friendly. Due to its physical and mechanical properties, any waste generated during its use is completely minimized.
TUBLESS STRETCH FOIL
is a pro-ecological alternative to standard stretch film. It is not wound on a cardboard sleeve, thanks to which it reduces unnecessary waste – which gives more space in the warehouse and reduces costs – it does not require additional disposal of the tubes. Instead of cardboard tubes, a specially designed dispenser is used. The lack of a tube allows it to be used in both dry and wet conditions.
